Sizzlin Arrow Outdoors was founded by Paul Rhoades, a culinary expert and passionate outdoorsman, with a mission to bring the best of farm-to-table dining and unique outdoor experiences to our community.
Paul’s journey began on a family ranch in Wyoming, where he developed a deep appreciation for nature and high-quality ingredients.
This early exposure to fresh, wholesome food laid the foundation for what would become Sizzlin Arrow.
Meet Paul Rhoades

Sizzlin Arrow Outdoors was founded by Paul Rhoades, a culinary expert and passionate outdoorsman, with a mission to bring the best of farm-to-table dining and unique outdoor experiences to our community.
Paul’s journey began on a family ranch in Wyoming, where he developed a deep appreciation for nature and high-quality ingredients.
This early exposure to fresh, wholesome food laid the foundation for what would become Sizzlin Arrow.
Paul's Culinary Journey
Paul's love for cooking started at a young age, working as a line cook in a local steakhouse in Buffalo, Wyoming. He honed his skills and eventually attended The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, where he graduated with an Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts.
Over the years, Paul has worked in some of the most prestigious establishments, including the Castle on the Hudson of Tarrytown, NY and Muse Restaurant in Greensboro, NC. During his culinary career he has had the pleasure of cooking for famous NBA and NFL stars, mainstream actors, comedians and politicians.
Paul was also the guest chef on the hunting and fishing show “Carolina All Out” for two seasons, creating and cooking dishes for the "Appetite for the Outdoors" segment.
Most recently, Paul’s cuisine was featured in the May addition of Cary Magazine and his Tiger shrimp dish was showcased on the front page of that issue.
His extensive experience in upscale dining has given him the expertise to create delicious, high-quality meals for any occasion.
